The LGV Instructor training course is designed to provide candidates with the necessary skills required to prepare drivers for the DVSA driving tests, to be able to deliver Driver CPC training, and to carry out post-assessment/incident remedial training. It also prepares candidates for the independent National Register of LGV Instructors (NRI) examination.
Any candidate who is looking to be able to plan and deliver LGV training and to be able to recall and discuss the responsibilities of a LGV instructor with those who they intend to train. To be able to explain the content and objectives of the LGV driving test in an instructional manner, giving both theory and practical preparation. It is suitable for experienced LGV drivers who want to become Driving Instructors and for in-house trainers who want to deliver driving instruction.
You must have had a Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) driving licence for at least 3 years to supervise a learner driver.

I have to say I found the whole experience of booking training with your company great. You have all been extremely helpful, prompt and friendly throughout the booking process, which has made my life so much easier. Nothing was too much, and someone was always there to answer any questions and help me, with anything we needed. The training went ahead as planned without any issues and the delegates are happy with the training course itself.
