We run our driving school from our training centre in Devizes with end test being conducted by DVSA from their LGV test centre in Swindon. Our practical courses include training of the reversing manoeuvres on a full scale replica of the DVSA test site to ensure you are fully prepared for the exercise required to pass your test.
Well… I ONLY WENT AND BLOODY PASSED MY CLASS 2!!!
I honestly can't recommend WTTL enough, and especially my two instructors, Randall and Andy, who somehow managed to turn me into someone who can actually drive a bloody lorry!
I had Randall for my first 3 days, and let me tell you… Randall wasn't just an instructor. Randall was my SERGEANT MAJOR
That man could probably have been standing in a field 3 miles away and I still would have heard his voice in my head! Every bit of advice, every instruction and every "do it this way" was going round my head during my test. And do you know what? It bloody worked!
Then came Andy for my final 2 days, and Andy became my security blanket
Where Randall had me feeling like I was preparing for military service, Andy had me feeling like, "Right, Sammy, you've got this… breathe… we're alright."
Andy was unbelievably patient, calm and encouraging, and somehow managed to keep my nerves under control when my brain was trying its absolute best to convince me I couldn't do it.
Between the Sergeant Major and the Security Blanket, they made one hell of a team!
And today, I got in that lorry, did my test and PASSED MY CLASS 2!
I genuinely couldn't have asked for better instructors. They didn't just teach me how to drive—they taught me how to believe in myself, kept me going when I was nervous and gave me the confidence to actually do it.
I've been feeling burnt out and desperately needed a change of career, so this means SO much to me. This isn't just a driving licence—it's the beginning of a whole new chapter for me.
Randall and Andy, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

And to anyone thinking about doing their HGV training… DO IT!
I'm officially a Class 2 HGV DRIVER!!!
